I had the Best Buy Installation tech put a new stereo into my truck. He did a great job with the installation.

I love having xm radio . I never have change stations a hundred times in a row again.

Their help during purchase, installation and final training was all excellent and cam out as promised.

If the antenna had been installed like instructions I properly would have much less dead spots as long as you free of large trees and wide highway overpasses it works well enough for me

When I dropped off my vehicle for installation. The agent contacted me to say my open box Alpine didn’t come with connection parts so he would exchange it for a similar Alpine with the connections. I was concerned that the exchange would be a downgrade but he assured me the Alpine would be exactly what I purchased. However when I picked up my vehicle, he installed a Kenwood. The system was a good system but it wasn’t what I was told prior to the install.

I love listening to XM Radio and this was a great addition to the JVC stereo I purchased. Works as advertised and I love it.
