When I dropped off my vehicle for installation. The agent contacted me to say my open box Alpine didn’t come with connection parts so he would exchange it for a similar Alpine with the connections. I was concerned that the exchange would be a downgrade but he assured me the Alpine would be exactly what I purchased. However when I picked up my vehicle, he installed a Kenwood. The system was a good system but it wasn’t what I was told prior to the install.
