First, let me be clear that I think this is more to blame on Best Buy than the tech. I got a deck install on a basic car. A no frills, basic point A to B car. After the install I noticed a new rattle in my car. I know this because I DRIVE IT EVERYDAY. So after 2 weeks of just waiting to see if somehow it goes away on its own, I take it back and explain the new rattle that started after the install. I told him, ' it sounds like loose nut or screw rattling around right under the deck'. An hour later, tech said he found nothing but secured some of his work from initial install in case. 2 weeks later I removed the bezel around the radio and guess what I found?! A SCREW! It was right under the deck rolling back in forth in a little pocket UNDER THE DECK. Anyways, I attribute this mostly to Best Buy due to their lack of time they give the techs to do quality work. I would assume with more time he would have installed it correctly. Also, when working on a car, there are no extra parts. So if you pull off 10 screws, then 10 screws go back in. Treat it like surgery and count your tools and hardware post job.

The technician did a great job with the install.....He recommended a $17 extra product that doubled the value.

Sometimes my satellite radio works really well and then other times it doesn’t work at all. I’m not sure if it’s the equipment or the installation.

This was a gift for my son for his car. It isn't the nicest looking kit with wires hanging out but it works and he is able to listen to satellite radio now when commuting.

Only took about 45 minutes Joseph the installer was awesome even helped me hook up to satellite.
