I placed an order to have an adapter for satellite xm radio installed. An appointment was made for the location closest to my home. Best Buy contacted me on the day of the appointment to cancel. I did not get the message and showed up at the store. The Geek Squad store clerk stated that someone would reach out to me to reschedule my appointment. NO one from that store (Geek Squad) contacted me to reschedule as of yet. I reached out to them and they wanted to send me 40 miles from my home. Not acceptable since I did not cancel the appointment. Geek Squad cancelled the appointment and should contact me to make every effort to reschedule me for the location I selected.
