    Dissatisfied. Feel like it was a hurry up install. Wiring is exposed. Getting error messages. AC/Heater. Controls are now loose.

    Sorry but they were unable to install my stereo. I found a local shop able to install it at half the cost. Will not be using this service ever again

    I appreciate the tech calling prior to the installation. He allowed me to send him pictures of my specific current radio. Based on that, he said the new device I was planning to get installed was not needed. I appreciate him for doing that because it saved me time and an unnecessary trip.

    Purchased Onyx system from SiriusXM, but decided to go to local Best Buy to have it installed instead of trying to do it myself. Not thrilled with 'geeks' who worked on car and almost walked out of store before work was started. I found them to be very rude. Don't talk to me when your mouth is full of pizza. However, I was satisfied with the end result. Much better than if I had done it myself.
