Somethings wrong...

I’ve had SiriusXM come with my new vehicles but never installed. We replaced the cheap radio in our new Winnebago Vita RV. Well it will play then cut out. Comes back on only to cut cut out again. I think the longest it’s ever worked was maybe 15 mins. Don’t know if the tech installed it correctly or what? But we’re on the road for 3 month so I guess we’ll have to live with it.

This will be my second time going back to have them fix

Disappointed

Had some mix up with installing

Lazy install

He chose the most convenient location to him, which is on the dash. Very lazy! It could have easily been run through a rubber grommet and stuck on the roof to make it look like a factory install. Good that it was free, because I would not have been okay with this install.

Poor Installation and No Quality Checks

First when my vehicle was returned the camera did to work at all. So I had to return on another date to get the camera to work. Then the camera worked but did not work correctly because the screen is upside down. The installer never checked for proper operation of anything. In other words, they lacked a quality check because my power outlet did not work after install and the heating and ac controls worked intermittently. It has taken me a long time to get around to getting this solved because it took so much time out of my schedule to get something that does not work. I purchased the Geek Squak plan, but have not had the opportunity to take the days it will take for this repair to take place. What a major inconvenience. l

Great people not so sure about the product

Here it is in August 5 months later and I’m still waiting for Best Buy to call me back to replace it

Terrible customer service!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed to have hands free calling installed in my company truck, they failed to order all the parts for my satellite radio to work, had to order it in, I traveled almost 3 hours from out of town so that meant another trip, scheduled the service for two weeks later, then all installs stopped for Covid19 understandable, they called to put me on a list once they start again, then I receive an E-Mail a month latter telling me that I did not pick up my part and am now being refunded and canceled, and no one will pick up the phone, they cut me a deal on the part due to the travel and not ordering everything needed but I'll bet I have to pay full price when the time comes, plus to top it off they failed to hook up all my USB ports that are in my center consul so those are now useless.

Works good most of the time

Need a better unit!

It works,but service is spotty even on the open highway where there is nothing to interfere with the signal! Need a better product! Almost a waste to be subscribed to xm radio!
