    The Best Buy installation people were incredibly rude and tried to charge me for this (even though it was free with my purchase), for the install kit for Sirius that I had already purchased through Best Buy, along with the removal of my stereo - which was not even in the vehicle when it got there.

    I waiting a whole entire month to get my radio install in my truck they have cancel my appointment twice and now their telling me to call a no one is answering the phone...wow I guess their to busy to give give customer service.

    The Sirius radio doesn't work

    The Sirius radio people are telling me that the installer is to blame for the radio not being able to receive the signal to stat up with service. I don't know. But I do know that the heater/air conditioner fan doesn't work now, either.

    Since the install the tuner hasn’t worked for longer than a few days at a time. Had to go and have it serviced 3 times. I was told each time it was something different. Never again!

    Never even had sirus xm turned on, more then 1/2 of them fm stations were nothing but static, all of the am stations was static. Could not even get 87.7 fm radio was returned

    I have had a really bad experience with the 72nd and Dodge East Store in Omaha, NE. I should not be having to fix all their work for things they did wrong. See my other reviews

      Thanks for posting a review! We know that your vehicle is important to you, so we're thrilled that you came to us for your Satellite Radio Turner Install. That said, we're sad to hear the experience didn't go as we intended. We're glad you shared this with us, so we can point you in the right direction for getting this corrected. Work on a vehicle comes with a nationwide lifetime labor warranty at any Best Buy location that offers auto-installation services. It would be best to work with the auto-tech and their leadership to get your concerns resolved. However, if you're not comfortable working with that location after this experience, another store in your area should be able to step in and redo the work if they handle auto work.

    Siriusxm radio is not worth any extra money. I did receive 3 months free service but will be canceling at that time. The constant advertising makes Sirius worse than am/fm channels.

    waited to weeks changed my schedule then best buy canceled the morning i was supposed to get it installed. Terrible service

    Dissatisfied. Feel like it was a hurry up install. Wiring is exposed. Getting error messages. AC/Heater. Controls are now loose.

    Sorry but they were unable to install my stereo. I found a local shop able to install it at half the cost. Will not be using this service ever again
