It allows us to communicate clearly by phone. Also streams music clearly.

GREAT FOR AUTOS W/O BLUETOOTH

Our 2004 Yukon was playing Pandora just like our 2013 Silverado which has all the bells and whistles.

It worked perfectly fine for the first month. Suddenly., I started having trouble connecting to it via Bluetooth for some odd reason. I am on my third one and I think I will be looking for a different model or brand.
