    I needed to be able to see my navigation directions at eye level instead of looking up and down at the cell phone. It attached to my dash the first try and has been secure for a month. I don't particularly like the magnetic on the back of my phone case, but it does make attaching to holder a snap.

    Everything is great except for the metal plate is designed to stick to your device that allows it to magnetically connect to the base. The 3m adhesive did not stick for more than 10min at a time so I had to gorilla glue it to my Sat Radio receiver. All good now but that sticky strip sucks.

    Love it. I have had it a couple of months now. The magnet is strong enough to hold even the galaxy note 3 with Otterbox defender case.

    I used this about four times over a two week period. So easy to use! The last time I placed my iPhone on the MagicMount it seemed floppy and loose. Then it fell. The suction cup broke after being mounted on the windshield for only two weeks!

    I like this mount and the convenience of the the magnet feature. That being said if you have a case on your phone depending on the weight and thickness sometimes the magnet won't get a good enough hold. Also magnet placement could interfere with wireless charging.
