Product is versatile, durable, and easy to install.

This mount, when new, has vacuum stick power second only to superman. Literally had to peel the unit off of the window. However, find that the suction surface is very easily compromised--excessive dust or dirt, other small pieces of contamination, all will greatly reduce the stick power. In fact, for the last two weeks, I wondered why the mount would not stay up even a half-minute before falling off, even in several different rental cars, then realized that small amount of contaminants caused it.

I had a smaller, more permanent version of one of these for my Galaxy S7 and it was pretty good. Got this one for my new car because it had a "neck" on it that provided length I needed to accommodate my phone on my new car's dash. Unfortunately, I also upgraded my phone to the Note8 and it falls off alot. I feel that due to phones rapidly increasing in size, they should increase the strength or amount of magnets in the holder. I have already gone through 2 glass screen protectors due to this. If that was fixed, this would be a great product.

This is an excellent accessories for the GPS and Smartphones.

I needed a device to hold my iPhone while I used the GPS. I thought all of the "clamp" devices were obnoxious looking and not easy to use. The Scosche uses a magnet to hold your phone. I didn't want to adhere the steel disc to my phone case, so I simply inserted it between the case and the phone. The magnet is strong enough and it works great! Highly recommend this.

It did exactly what I bought it for. Very strong magnet.

I thought this would have some flexibility but it does not, so pay attention before you buy because I had to return as I could not bend or move, but if you have the right car that could work for you.
