Broke in 20 days

When I took it back to show them the associate just looked at me and asked "what do you want me to do about it?" I explained it only lasted 20 days and it was actually only attached 16 days. I got the good ole sorry but there is no return policy for this product. Sadly this is the first time I ever experienced this non nonchalant, whatever kind of a response from a Best Buy Associate. I was so taken back by it I couldn't even go to the manager in case I was to get the same response from him. So I ate the $32.00 and chalked it up to "don't buy from there anymore. I wouldn't recommend this product though. It really does not work well at all. The magnetism device in it though is outstanding, if they could only get the rest of it to work

Not what I thought it would be

Well needed holder
