This doesn't work well. The suction cup will not stick and it doesn't flex well. The purchase was easy and delivery was quick.

This mount has the suction cup and also an adhesive to help it stick to the window. Problem if you ever have to take it off your window the suction cup will never seal again. I am not sure if it is the unevenness of the glue that is added to the suction cup or if it is just a cheep suction mechanism. I was only able to use it one time in one car. I have not been able to get it to stick longer than 60 seconds since removing it.

I wanted to like this, however I have to take the case off my phone for the magnet to work. I don't want to do this every time I am in the car.

I really like the idea of the magnetic holder, this was supposed to be one of the better ones. However, the magnet is not nearly as strong as others that my friends have. This leaves it vulnerable to falling off the dash when going over bumps. I don't go off roading, this is on regular streets with a few bumps. I would find a different one if I was purchasing again.

I purchased this mount and the adhesive will not consistently stay on my phone. I am too lazy to go back to the store. Would not recommend this product.

Tried to get this to stick on numerous surfaces on the car but couldn't get it to work. Returned it.

Product only works on glass. Not for other parts of the vehicle. It is not even flexible where u can move the phone up or down.

Magnets do not work good through my otter box phone case. Was told by an employee it would work.

I bought this then found out. About mounts that slip into the a/c vents for 1/6th price. Works well just expensive..

They say it will hold your phone against anything but it doesn't hold good

I purchased with high hopes and initially it worked great. However on the eve of 14 days after purchase the attachment to the windshield broke and I couldn't return to store for an exchange as I was advised by BB customer service. I wasn't going to waste time fighting a return through the manufacturer. In the day and age of return anything I was sorry this is what I had to deal with.

Doesn't stay on your dash. I can't believe how bad this product is.

The window mount for my Tom-Tom finally wore out after several years (suction cup dry rotted.) In a pinch I went and got this. Magnet attachments worked fine- but the flexible arm started to split and break after two weeks and the sticky suction cup won't grip the windshield. In all this lasted a month at best-and now is completely useless.

Did not stick to dash as needed / told by Bestbuy rep. Got busy with work and family, when attempted to return, BB did not accept return since one day past deadline (believe it was 15, 20, or 30 days). Still on my desk. Disappointed. Did buy later buy mounting to vent type which works great, except may overheat phone.

did not hold my phone 6-plus. fell off at first stop. maybe ok for smaller phone.

Needs to fix it's not hold my iPhone 7 Plus some extra weight probably

The window mount fell apart as I was trying to mount it. I returned it to Best Buy and even the customer service person who gave me the refund agreed that it was poorly constructed. I have to warn potential buyers: don't choose this window mount if you want one that will last more than five minutes!

I like the concept of the magnetic mount, but was disappointed when the mount failed 30 minutes after installation. A component of the base suction cup cracked and separated from the rest of the mount, leaving the product unusable. With a retail price around $30, I expected much better quality.

Went through two of these in a couple of months. The first one separated from the stick on adhesive about two days after we put it on the dash. Contacted the company directly and they replaced the piece. The same thing happened about two months later. Absolutely not worth the price.

Just an OK product. Does not always stay stuck to windshield.
