The dash mount broke at its base within two days of using it on a road trip. What a waste of money! Even worse, I could not take it back to Best Buy because I was not near a store location within the short period required to return merchandise!

Tried to mount my GPS to this but it required you to place magnets ion the GPS to work. I did. I screwed up my GPS to the point I now have to buy a new GPS. Would not recommend this to anyone!

The magnetic plate is very obvious and clashes with the look of the phone. If you use it behind a case, the magnetism is affected. Also the suction cup is very soft that rips very easy at the slightest pull.

Waste of money, spent $36.00 not worth $3.60. the glue on the metal piece that supposed to stick to my GPS fell off. Had to use electrical tape to hold it on. If I hit a steep speed bump GPS falls off.

It's not of much use for the average GPS or smartphone. These devices are too heavy for it. The magnet is not strong enough to hold them in place when a minimal jolt hits it.

This item is terrible, one bump and your phone falls off. I can't believe it's not tested better its the most dissatisfied I've been at Best Buy and I spend a lot at best buy

I went through 3 of these in a week and the suction cut broke on all of them within 1-2 days and they fell off with my phone attached. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I have a large IPhone, with an otter case, and the magnet was not strong enough to adhere through the case. It might work on a smaller case, or with a thinner case.

It did not stick to dashboard as it said it would. Make matters worse, attempted to return to BB, but told just past 15 return date policy. Now stuck with a "non-sticker".

This was a huge disappointment. Found in store and should have returned it but forgot about it. Tried to use it for the Garmin and it just kept falling down

Not practical as gps keeps falling off - magnet does not hold well, it is not strong enough so GPS keeps falling off so makes it dangerous to drive as well.

This was so disappointing to me I had high hopes but had to return it because glue wasnt sticking good enough and kept falling off

I put this item on my dash and the next day when I got in my car the dash mount fell apart. I never even used the item. I took it back to the store..

This stickiness provided for the phone magnet was not strong enough. Had to return it and get a different type of mount.

I tossed it in the trash ! I would of returned it, but it got me mad i just broke it, this was useless kept coming off

I don't know if it was just the one I bought of what but the second day I put my phone on it the suction cup on the bottom broke.

Does not work on curved glass. I have tried to find one that works on curved glass--this one definitely does not!

Item did not hold, and would often fall from whatever surface I attached it to....I threw it in the trash!

The guide says, as did the employees, that the magnet WOULD hold my phone through my case. Wrong!! Thickness matters.

Would not recommend, thought it was great at first then over time would not stick to window
