Magnet is strong, Easy to control viewing angle and adjust tension on ball joint so phone doesn't flop around. The metal backing slides inside a soft case and/or you can use adhesive if necessary. Only nit if i had to make one is i had a bit of hard time finding a good spot to mount on the dash (by radio).
