Followed the directions to a "T" and after a couple of weeks the mounting base fell off onto the car floor. Only option now is to glue it on to the dash. The metal piece that goes onto the phone stuck great. Also I had a case on my phone and I had to take it off in order for it to stay on the base. Not impressed at all.
