Perfect! I'm amazed how well the magnet works. It doesn't move, doesn't get in the way and you can still charge if needed. Simple set up and install.

Strong magnet. It stays in the vent without falling out. I like options of attaching magnet to case or actual phone, without leaving residue. Doesn't affect functionality

Used extensively while on vacation in Phoenix. Clipped phone to dash vent on new Chevy Malibu and used mapping quite a bit. Be aware that the steel plate which nestles in the case on the back of the phone may interfere if the case has some irregular shapes molded in. Not a problem if you are willing to sculpt it a bit to fit. I did that with the hard shell case for my Droid and it worked perfectly. It is magnetic and makes mounting the phone really easy. The phone gets cold or warm because of the air flow from the vent... If your vents have levers sticking out of them that may make use more difficult.

This is a great tool to have in your car, Especially if u use your navigation on your phone as much as I do! MUCH SAFER than having it on your lap or in your hand holding it looking at it as you drive. Having it pretty much level with the road is much safer!

A friend at work had one of these. I got one and love it. I am able to set my phone on it and it works great. I use it on a Otterbox and it is between the ruler and the hard plastic on a iPhone 7. never had a slip issue. I also had some other rare earth magnets. I glued one to the side of my work bench and no my phone connects to it with no issue. Package comes with 2 plates, so you could use the small one on a phone and larger on iPad. I used large on my phone, just to have the extra surface area. Also my case is thick, so wanted more metal. I would recommend this!

I have not done well with these kinds of products in the past but this one works! Easy to install and it performs as advertised. My phone is large and weighs a little more than the average Smart Phone and it holds tight every time. It comes with two different sized magnets, make sure you use the smaller for your phone. The larger one will pull the holder out of the vent. I guess the larger magnet is for a small tablet.

Got this product to hold my iPhone, while I use the GPS. Drove from Silver Spring, MD to Fl and it didn’t fall. Hooks right to air vents for hands free travel, and magnet fits right under case for inconspicuous placement.

Magnet is strong, no worries about phone dropping from Mount. If you have wireless charging make sure you don't put the magnet in a place on your phone or phone case that will block the charging coil in the phone.

Best product I brought so far, very good hold on my phone

This product was recommended to me from an employee here who also purchased this item. I have a Samsung 6 and I attached he magnet to my phone and put the case over it. It is stronger if there is no obstruction between the the two magnets, but it is still very strong. I comes with 2 sizes, and a thin film that if you use it between the phone and magnet, it supposedly makes it easy to remove with little residue. Simple to use and install. The mount itself is strong and it stays put. It's worth it.

Im like this holder my phone stays in place/ thinly thing I don't like is sometimes when I remove the phone from the holder the holder comes with the phone. not all the time.

I've used many different type of iPhone docks over the last 5 or 6 years, but this one is the sleekest, smallest and most effective one I've tried -- definitely a product you won't regret getting!!

I love this. I bought one for almost every member of my family. We all use it in our cars for our phones. It makes everything so much easier. I don't stick the magnet on my phone or case. Instead I place it between my phone and the case without taking the sticker part off and it doesn't move at all. I would do this so if you change phones or cases you can still use it. LOVE it. Also makes it easy to use if you use your phone as a GPS.

I found myself purposely driving over bumps in an effort to knock off what I thought had felt like some weak magnetism, only to be pleasantly surprised with the amount of punishment this guy can put up with. All too often the gps is in a different car and I end up needing to rely on my phone; it's nice to have a mount in my peripherals so my eyes aren't constantly darting on and off the road in fear I missed an exit.

Was looking for a way to mount my new phone in the truck where I could see it and easily reach if need be. I saw this in the store and decided to try it. I AM IMPRESSED AND PLEASED. This product exceeded my expectations. I have used it during my travels across the US and it has not failed me. It was easy to install and holds my phone tight. I will buy another one in the future.

This product is very helpful , simple to use ,compact, and holds my cellphone so that I can see the map while driving, yet doesn't compromise my attention .

This was the 2nd time I bought this. I needed a second one for a second device. I'm an Uber driver and needed a secure mount for my tablet this time. It holds an 8 inch tablet securely by the vents. Which is important because the Uber driver app senses phone vibration to ensure the device is mounted, not held

I have a smartphone and don't like the GPS on it so purchased a GPS unit from Best Buy. I tried at least 3 GPS car holders but none worked. This GPS unit holder I purchased online and it is totally awesome. The great thing about the unit that fits into the air vent is that is has thick vents or small vents. This product is awesome... love it.

It’s a very good product. It’s simply to set up and take anywhere. Less clutter and Space. A bit over priced considering it’s a 2 piece magnet.
