the product is good, but the customer service we received in the store was not the best. apparently if you don't have an appt they cannot help you at all! This is frustrating when a. no one is in line at all, b. we were told to bring our laptop in to ship it to Apple for repairs so there really wasn't much to do other then take the laptop and prepare it for shipping c. when we asked the person the desk if we could wait for maybe someone to not show for their appt they were rude and said no, wouldn't even consider helping us.

I think it is worth the few dollars to have the expert at the store install this. If it is not perfect, they will get another shield and do it over.

Paid the small fee to have salesperson apply glass protector. I've applied shield protectors to my old phones in the past and have always had bubbles.

Was concerned my particular ShieldOn Leather case wouldn't work with this protector, but worked perfectly and installation was done in store while I waited in less than 5 minutes. Cost to have installed was about $8 and comes with a lifetime warranty. Worth it! This protector also shows much less fiingerprinting and oil than the original iphone 13 Pro glass did! Very Happy.

One of the Best things about BEST BUY is the friendly staff who are pleased to help and not pushing for a commission. My customer service tech took no time at all to install the ZAGG screen saver and I love the lifetime warranty and not even needing to have my receipt in the future if problems occur.

Went in a week later and had no issues with changing the screen. Fast and friendly!

They installed my zagg screen protector quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The screen protector didn't have any bubbles and it wasn't crooked.

I could have bought the Zagg screen protector from Amazon but decided to just buy at the store and let them install it.
