They make putting on a screen protector on a phone look so easy. I love the fact that they give you a new screen protector if they mess it up while applying it.

Great sales help,at Bryalt Irvin store for our oven, diswasher, and our new dryer. Gary and Eric were a encyclopedia of facts that helped us decide among all the different brands. Eric went beyond helpful as he got GE ON THE TELE to get the size oven to fit our cabinet, the few last still left in the warehouse, he knew the serial # the would fit the newest models would not fit. All is good and Gary helped us get the best Ring product.

If you purchased a screen protector like I did, this service is well worth it. There is a sense of relief in the back of my head knowing that should something happen to my screen protector, it will be replaced immediately.

Not a DIY person..... bb staff took time to installed and socialized with customer made time go faster then imagine.. small fee for installing ..but worth it

the product is good, but the customer service we received in the store was not the best. apparently if you don't have an appt they cannot help you at all! This is frustrating when a. no one is in line at all, b. we were told to bring our laptop in to ship it to Apple for repairs so there really wasn't much to do other then take the laptop and prepare it for shipping c. when we asked the person the desk if we could wait for maybe someone to not show for their appt they were rude and said no, wouldn't even consider helping us.

Excellent service online, phone and in-store. I am howevery VERY dissappointed they changed their policy and are no longer offering in-home services as an included benefit. This may be enough for me to cancel my membership and find another alternative to my computer needs.

I love this. They install and if it doesn’t work first time without issues, Best Buy replaces and installs until it is right. Worrh the money.

Great bumper. No screen cover but that’s a good thing. Protects my watch from bumps and not having a screen cover allows my watch to be more responsive to touch. There is some vulnerability to scratches, but not likely.
