This was a useful purchase but I was only able to use it once. When I went to have the screen protector replaced the person at the store did not register the new screen protector or offer me the plan again so when I needed to replace it a second time I had to pay for the screen protector.

I was happy they offered to put protector on for me It was easy to keep clean and when it fell they was no damages

Great sales help,at Bryalt Irvin store for our oven, diswasher, and our new dryer. Gary and Eric were a encyclopedia of facts that helped us decide among all the different brands. Eric went beyond helpful as he got GE ON THE TELE to get the size oven to fit our cabinet, the few last still left in the warehouse, he knew the serial # the would fit the newest models would not fit. All is good and Gary helped us get the best Ring product.

Protect your screen. Have them put on your screen protector because they will make sure it is right and you are satisfied before you walk out the door.

There is a small fee that Best Buy applies for their staff to install a screen protector on your cell phone, however, it’s a one time charge. So if the screen protector fails, the screen protector is covered under a lifetime warranty and the installation fee is waived.

the product is good, but the customer service we received in the store was not the best. apparently if you don't have an appt they cannot help you at all! This is frustrating when a. no one is in line at all, b. we were told to bring our laptop in to ship it to Apple for repairs so there really wasn't much to do other then take the laptop and prepare it for shipping c. when we asked the person the desk if we could wait for maybe someone to not show for their appt they were rude and said no, wouldn't even consider helping us.
