I have been so happy that I purchased this screen saver with the screen protection service. I have had cracks in my screen saver and the Best Buy employees have happily replaced it for me.

My screen protector cracked the first time I dropped my phone so I guess it did its job. I have not switched it out. I can only see the crack in certain lights.

Whenever I get a new phone, I always make sure to purchase my screen protector from Best Buy. Walking in there with a broken screen protector and then walking out a few minutes later with a BRAND NEW PROTECT AT NO COST is incredible. The peace of mind knowing I can always get it replaced is soooo worth the initial investment.

Just got an iPhone 8 and wanted a cute case but hubs insisted the phone need protection from me. So we bought it the first ever screen protector - boy are we glad we did. After owning the phone for 2 month and 2 days the hubs knocked the phone off the counter onto the tile floor (completely by accident) the screen was cracked (so we thought) nope took the phone to the Apple store to have the screen replaced the rep told us the phone wasn’t cracked only the screen protector - that was music to my ears. Received a replacement screen protector in the mail - all is good

I’ve had screen protectors put on many different times at Best Buy. Some people do it better than others. Some will make sure there is nothing underneath. While others just slap it on there.

First BB install had to be replaced after several days due to bubbles popping up. No problems with the second install. BB does a good job of making sure it's done right so I gave it 4 stars instead of 3.

This protector screen for my Kindle Oasis is very good. Helps to avoid scratches on the screen. Cleans easily

I never have problems with screen installation at my local BestBuy. They are always friendly and helpful. If I did it I would have ruined the screen protector.

The installation was professional and quick. A few days after the screen saver was installed my phone was damaged severely, but the screen was fine!
