The guys did just fine putting the screen shield on. However, it peeled off ever though I didn't put the case on until after 48 hours like they told me to do. I'm taking it back to have them try again.

There seems to be confusion on whose job it is to apply the screen protector, when you pay for the Best Buy® - Totaltech™ Yearly Membership, which is supposed to include the application of the screen protector. The phone staff claim the Geek Squad is supposed to do it and the Geek Squad claims it's the phone staff's job. Regardless, Andy, from the phones dept. did a great job for me.

dropped my phone and already had to use my protection plan. No issues getting new screen protector and phone was not damaged.

Installation of Zagg invisible shield was excellent from Best Buy for IPhone 12.

I added this service to my Nintendo Switch. I want to avoid any scratches on the screen. It was easy to have it installed. Highly Recommend!

The best buy employee put it on for me. It feels very natural and has no glare. Becaus of the phones edges it does not adhere very well to the edges.

I’ve never tried this service from them before, I did not know they even had it. But my last screen protector was from another retailer and cost me $5 for every replacement with an up front cost of $20 to start. The downside was they only have like maybe 3 locations in Phoenix so for just about a little more for the initial screen and start up service with free screen replacements it was a big convenience to me since there are plenty of Best Buy locations around.

Best Buy installed my screen protector for me. They did a great job - and will install the replacement for free if I need the free replacement from Zagg.

I had two screen protectors installed by Best Buy on two different phones. Both were very professionally installed and we have had not problems with either one.
