Great service but confusion on whose job it is.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There seems to be confusion on whose job it is to apply the screen protector, when you pay for the Best Buy® - Totaltech™ Yearly Membership, which is supposed to include the application of the screen protector. The phone staff claim the Geek Squad is supposed to do it and the Geek Squad claims it's the phone staff's job. Regardless, Andy, from the phones dept. did a great job for me.

Geek Squad is Great!

You can’t beat Best Buy

Extra protection is always a good idea!
