This screen protector has helped my watch in so many ways. It has protected it from all types off hits on hard surfaces.

I wish I knew the name of the sales associate who helped me, so I could put her name here, because she was excellent!!! Helped me find exactly what I wanted and offered to install for a small fee. I took her up on it and she did an excellent job! Even told me about the manufacture’s warranty/guarantee while she was installing my glass screen. She saw us looking lost in the store and offered her help. Even stayed with us to answer all of our questions and checked stock elsewhere for an item not available at that location. We were very impressed!! Thank you!!!

They stand behind their product. I bought the cellphone screen protector. They have replaced it two times.

The girl who did my screen protector did a decent job and was very nice though she had to put tape under the screen several times to clean up debris and there are a couple of tiny bubbles at the top of the screen protector that hasn't gone away. Not a big deal but I am more bothered that the other employee who sold it to me said "buy this one, we'll put it on for you," only to find that there was an installation fee for that. Best buy seems to employ this tactic a lot and they were very vague about the terms by which I could get this screen protector replaced if there were damage to it. All in all, the employees themselves were nice but it just seems a little less than forthright and honest when compared to some other retailers like Apple. I paid a lot more for a screen there last time but they used a machine to put it on flawlessly and didn't have any hidden fee to put the screen on. Its a trade-off and I understand they are different companies with different value propositions. This purchase came to $10 cheaper than the one I had last year at Apple and I have some kind of 'guarantee' though I don't know what that covers because no one could tell me... I'm indifferent. I suppose we'll wait and see if anything happens to this one and address how to get service thereafter. My advice to Best Buy is to consider standardizing practices for applying screen protectors with a proper machine or way of doing things for optimal results. Train your employees to be clear and concise (or at least provide paperwork or something) for what the guarantee covers. Also, consider disclosing the service fee upfront for a more transparent experience. These little things make a difference! Overall, I'm satisfied with the screen protector itself though.

This screen protector was well worth the money...! Before this one I had opted for the glass protector, not knowing that the only adhesive parts on that were on the edges (side edges)...which left a small gap between the screen and screen protector...which could gather dirt and lint, which would eventually lead to your adhesive stripes coming loose and you screen protector falling off! But with this protector you do not have to worry about that...as it is a full adhesive...meaning the entire screen is adhered to and is fully protected. It's not as smooth as glass but it's also not rough enough to notice. More protection than the glass in my opinion.

We had the salesperson install. It took him two of them. Once installed, all good. Hope it last and works.

He put on my screen and it cracked, but because I paid for it they automatically replaced it and still did an amazing job!

Worth the price. If they mess up putting it on they will grab another off the shelf and you don’t have to worry about wasting your money if you mess up.
