The associates are extremely and somehow gave me assurance that if anything happens while they apply the screen protector they would replace it until I'm completely satisfied. Now that's what I call customer service.

So glad I purchased the screen protection service. Less than a week after Best Buy installed my new screen protector, it broke. I walked in, no questions ask, the sales rep went back, pulled one off the shelf, sent me over to have it installed, and that was it!

They install it for you right every time. If something happens while they're putting it on, they'll open another until it is good.

Made a tricky installation look simple and it looks good.

If you purchased a screen protector like I did, this service is well worth it. There is a sense of relief in the back of my head knowing that should something happen to my screen protector, it will be replaced immediately.

Excellent product,its protect your Phone from scratches

The did an excellent job putting my screen saver on my Apple Watch. Way better than I did with the first one you couldn't even tell it was there.

It’s definitely worth paying the extra money for. You won’t have any air bubbles or imperfections. Well worth it.

I upgraded to a new phone and got this service. I didn’t know it was going to be so beneficial. Never had issues with my screen protector cracking on my old phone for small drops. But the new one had some issues (due to the first case I bought). I think in like 2 months I had the screen protector replaced 3 times. They were so helpful and got me in and out.

So far the Screen protector has done its job. It does get a bit dirty but overall its a great product.

Very professional install and did it right the first time

There is no way that we could do this, and they did it well at Best Buy. Plus, then it is covered if there are any installation issues.

Had a screen protector and case put on new iPhone and iPad. It was the Saturday after Xmas and the store was nuts but the guy who put them on was super friendly and installed them in between service appointments. The case and screen protector in the iPhone is great, as is the case for the iPad. However the screen protector on the iPad is going to have to be replaced as it is already peeling in one corner. Luckily he said they will replace it for free if it does so.
