Bought 2 phones. First one had a tiny dust dot under the screen protector. Salesman saw it and even showed me. He immediately offered to put a new one on! 2nd phone , perfect!! I always use this service. It a bummer to buy a good quality protector and that one piece of dust falls as your putting it on! Just gotta deal with it... unless, you bought this service!! Perfect!!

This is really great to have when you using a product that you can break if you use it a lot. It’s always nice to have that extra protection just in case even if you don’t necessarily use it. I’ve had this protection many times and different products only had to use it once and when I did they honored it and it was really easy to take care of

I have purchase this item before, zagg is good, but some reason, this one fail me, i seem to keep air bubbles, i call and voice my concern to Zagg and they offer a onetime no charge replacement, which i found great, but my concern and beliefs is that it was incorrectly install but botton lines is that i have a beyond and great relationship with this product and will purchase again, But will caution everyone to follow the installation instructions

Was very nice to have someone else put the protector on my phone and not have bubbles under the protector.

I think there may have been some cleaning fluid left under the protective screen, in certain lights there was a sort of "bubble" that moved when the cover was pressed. Then, when I dropped the phone from a short height and it landed flat on the back, the cover popped off. I put it back on, but of course, it now has some dirt under it. BestBuy will install the new cover at no additional cost, but I have to wait for it to arrive from Zagg (and have to pay shipping).
