Purchased three of these when we upgraded our older iPhones. I noticed a piece of lint under my screen but thought I could live with it. Couldn't live with it and took it back to get it replaced. The technician carefully peeled back the screen protector and picked off the lint. I was rushed for time and the screen protector looked OK. He said to come back if I wasn't 100% satisfied and he'd replace the screen protector. Great customer service!
