They take the old screen protector off for you and clean the phone screen and put a new one on no questions asked and if you are like me and drop your phone a lot and scratch it up then you should get it because it pays for itself in the end and plus I’m horrible at putting screen protectors on my devices so it was well worth it.

So Far, So Good

The original covers were being hit by the heavy duty case for the phone and lifting the glass covers. We had to buy new(not as protective) covers and the glass screens. However, everything has been working OK, so it's all good. Also, with Best Buy, the glass is covered for life...so if it happens again, the replacement is free.
