If you do it yourself you’d have to send it back to zagg and wait for a replacement. I don’t know how to rate this as I have not broken my first screen protector once they’re on. So I could’ve just installed it myself and save money I guess.

I didn't have to pay for applying a screen protector on two separate phones... just because I had this coverage. I have 3 laptops that are also covered. Pricy, but worth it when it's needed!

I had ordered one from bestbuy.com and had it shipped to the store. When I picked it up I asked if they could install the shield for me. However if your schedule is anything like mine, saving time by not having to do this yourself and not having the frustration of pieces of lint underneath the screen even after you have cleaned it up a zillion times... it is totally worth it
