This service is the best. I often break or crack the front glass screen protector on my phone and purchasing them every time becomes expensive. I love this service, my daughter and I both have it. Its easy, quick, and hassle free and the best part is that it cheaper and they put the screen protectors on for you right there at the store! Best way to go!

I've read reviews of people putting it on themselves and it messing up. If BB does it & doesn't work, they will do it over until it's right.

A no brainer choice. We opt for this with every BB device we purchase. BB is conveniently located near our home, possibly not a great choice for someone where that is not the case. They did change the program where you have to have the broken case removed at the store to qualify for a switch out but once we got used to that it’s always a quick service

Love the service of the store installing the screen protectors on our phones. It assures me its done correctly and by someone that knows how to do it or they replace it for free. Also if anything happens to the screen protector with this service as long as you have the damaged one, they replace it for free.
