smart purchase for new items... at least for the first year...

Perfect solution. I needed an extra phone line. Magic Jack, was a simple and inexpensive solution. When I called spectrum and inquired about a land line, they only benefit they could offer was a free mobile line for a year, that I didn’t need.

The technician was fast at applying my screen protector on my new iPhone. Came out great

Best Buy Rep took the tomime to clean entire phone and expertly applied new screen saver.

OMG!!! Fernando was awesome and it was TOTALLY worth having him install our screen protectors!! He did a great job despite being interrupted by a rather pesky customer that kept asking him question about another department. We appreciate that Best Buy has competent technical staff (unlike Verizon!!)!!!

The case does what it is purposed for. Protects the phone and provides a finger hold on the back. The back of the case however doesn’t allow for a magnet/metal piece for car holders. I even used superglue to put on the back and that didn’t last long. Otherwise a good case.

Use the service people to install my screen protector good job

I'm so grateful that BestBuy has this service available to customers. I've tried installing this product and it's really confusing and exhausting. Nothing is worse than when you do it and you have fingerprints under the shield. BestBuy will install it for you, and if they make a mistake, they will replace it with another one until it's perfect! I've used this service many many times. Thank you BestBuy!

great way to protect the new device.......had it one month and already did its job, but protecting the screen during an accidental drop into a car door jam. And with the warranty was able to get the protector replaced for just shipping costs.

Getting my screen protector installed at Bestbuy is fast and easy. They do an amazing job.

Have NOT had the unfortunate occasion of having to use the Protection service as yet. However, the terms and service appear to be most adequate.

I had a great experience with my screen install from Geek Squad. It was fast and flawless.

Guy did a better job than I would have done, but has a wavy look to it. Doesn't effect the look of the display when it lights up.

Any help protecting the screen is a plus in my book. This provided adequate and functional protection. There are better out there but Best Buy is working in the right direction. Before jumping on the Best Buy band wagon I advise shop around. You can currently do better, hopefully best buy will be up for the challenge in the near future. Basically something is better then nothing in my book.
