Very happy I paid to have my item installed. They did a great job

The screen protector is a must so I recommend it for that reason

I had a sales rep from sprint put this on my samsung galaxy 9 note & i don't really know if it is the product that doesn't lay right or the person who put it on my phone just didn't know how to make it smooth out. It protects my phone but it has squiggly lines all across it but it is staying on really well so I will just leave it but it could have been put on better or redone while i was there in the store purchasing a 1000.00 phone.

It's good having extra coverage on expensive electronics my last tablet the screen ended up cracked

Luckily, I have not needed this service yet. But my last screen saver needed to be replaced three times. It was a real pain to mail in the damaged screen to get the replacement. If/when the time comes to replace this screen, my hope is that it will be an easier and more pleasant experience.

Every time I have purchase a Zagg screen protector for my iPhone, I have always had a representative with the Best Buy Mobile Store install it. Each time I believe I can do it. But upon watching the representative install it up close, I am reminded that it is not as easy as it looks. And each time I know I made the right decision to have it install there.

Have had to have my screen replaced twice. Worked out very well.

The worker was nice but tried to convince me that i wouldnt be bothered by the bubbles under the screen... i was. I expressed this and the worker seemed annoyed that they had to redo the screen laying to smooth out the bubbles. I paid for the service, i expected it to be done right. It was in the end and the worker just up and walked off. I work in customer service so to be it just seemed a little rude.

I could never put the screen protector on but they always do it perfectly.

The phone protector was installed in a quick timely manner with no issues.

The film is scratched, but the screen is not--protects well. I had them install it in-store, good job.
