We have broken too many screens on cell phones over the years and when I found out that I could get a screen protector, warrantied, and installed that works, I bought it. No complaint, no problems with the touch screen recognizing where it's touched. Seems to be an improvement over the older screen protectors.

I totally ruined what I thought would be an easy installation of a screen protector. Took it in to best buy to have it professionally installed. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache by having best buy install it in the first place. They also guarantee their work.

Then shouldn't;t one buy insurance to protect their investments. How many times where you have been someplace in public, here a crash, and someone dropped their cell phone. NOT ON PURPOSE, but an accident. Or an unexpected event took place and damaged your purchase. Its worth a few cents more to protect yourself and aren't you worth it?

I had Best Buy put the screen protector on as I felt that if I tried I would not have been happy with the screen protector. Good thing Best Buy installed it because they used 3 screen protectors up before they got it on correctly. It is worth $7.00 to have someone else do it and not be stressed out about doing it right and getting all the air bubbles out.

Installation was very good, and done quickly with no ugly bubbles.

Screen application was fast and cheap! My phone looks and feels brand new. Highly recommend getting your electronics checked here.

I love the warranties given with the TotalTech program on nearly every purchase. I haven't had to use them yet but I like that I have them.

a valuable service at a fair price. The installation didn't take long either. 15 in all. Also, if the installed screen protector cracks a replacement is installed for an $8 fee but the new screen protector is free.

Best Buy makes this service very easy. Every now and then you have to wait a while or even go back again at a later date when they have the staff available to replace it or you can opt to install yourself, you just need to trade in your broken product.

I'm upset with the fact that I did a better job putting on the screen protector then the salesman did you charge me $8 to put it on and there was dirt under the screen
