I was lazy and did not want to install this myself, Best Buy use to do this for free. Not sure when they started charging but if they mess up or there is debris under the screen, they will fix it.

Being as screen protectors are $50 each and to pay alittle extra to have someone not only put it on and in the case of it messing up the forst time you wont be out another $50.

I bought a ZAGG InvisibleShield when I bought the Samsung S9+. Best Buy installed the shield for a small charge ($7.99 I think). In the past when I had bought a ZAGG product with the phone they installed for free but I guess times change. It looked fairly easy to install but was probably worth the price to get someone else to install as I don't like putting those things on.

My initial purchase of this product was very good. The product broke, though, with the first drop of the phone. The replacement glass is not as sensitive as the first...I'm not sure why. In certain areas of the phone (typically when I am trying to text) I have to press the area several times before it registers what I want to say or it will pick a different letter than I intended. :(

I purchased a glass screen protector and had the Geek Squad install it for me. They also put my new case on the phone as well. I purchased the protector and case online, went to store to pick it up, and there paid for the install which took less than 5 minutes. Saved me the hassle of trying to install myself.

Worth the $8 price, especially with the edge screen.

Screen protector service I was only introduced to that one time when I first bought my phone and the screen protector and all the other times I went in to get a spring protector they couldn't upgrade me they didn't have it and they wouldn't put a new one on

Best Buy is superior in taking care of there customers when ever you have a problems with any breakage through their Screen Protection Service. As a matter of fact I have never had an issue with Best Buy on any product I have bought and had problems with later.
