With the glass protector and my otter case I've accidentally dropped my phone and have not had any damage. My main complaint is that it takes more or repeated touches to type a letter, especially near the edges. The thinner plastic shields are more sensitive but don't give the protection of the glass shield. I'll stick with the glass until something better comes along.

Overall a good product, bubbles are minimal and don't affect protection for the phone

I bought two new iPhones, and two new glass HD screen protectors for them. Then had Best Buy install them. They do it everyday, and know all the tricks. That, and if you are unhappy with it, or they didn’t do it just right... they remove it, grab a new one, and do it again... with no extra cost to you!

Best Buy has an excellent cell phone screen protection plan. it covers everything it claims. No Hassles. Convenient. The Staff at Best Buy took care of everything. Grabbed a new cover. Cleaned my phoned even installed new cover. very pleased.

I was uncomfortable with installing my screen protector, and so went with this service. The first time the employee didn't tell me that I would need to keep pressing down the edges on the curved glass for the first 24 hours, and the edges came up pretty badly. They redid the service, though, and it looks much nicer now.

I'm terrible at putting these things on my devices. I've had Best Buy do it for years, and I couldn't be happier. The best part is when we need to replace the screen protector, we just pop into the store and usually 10 minutes later we're leaving with a brand new one installed.

Installation was once again flawless that why I pay the $ to have it done properly
