I can't say enough about this service. If you are going to spend hundreds of dollars on a phone, I hope you are investing in a glass screen protector. If so, it's well worth the additional few dollars to have a Best Buy representative install it for you. If anything goes wrong, just bring it back and they'll make it right!

Do not leave the store without letting Geek Squad install a screen protector! On my last phone I cracked the “screen” 3 or 4 times. It was always the protector, not the actual screen. Geek Squad replaces those at no charge! What would replacing numerous screens have cost me?

Best Buy was wonderful in replacing my screen protector on my phone. Even though I had to pay for them to put it on, the protector was covered under warranty.

I would recommend getting Best Buy protection service for your InvisibleShield for you phone. I dropped my phone, & the shield cracked. I took it back to Best Buy, & less than 15 mins, they had replaced it, & I was ready to go! Excellent!

Me and my girlfriend went in to get a screen protector for her Samsung Galaxy s20 and they had 1 in stock and not only that the guy that put the screen protector on for her was very professional and and afterwards asked if we needed anything else very professional.

Best screen protector i have had . 1st time trying this particular one. I usually get scratches and dings,but not this time.

I purchased a screen saver on July 24 & had them install it. On July 25 I noticed there was a dust particle stuck under the screen protector, I went back to my local Best Buy that installed it, they replaced my screen protector and reinstalled it no hassle at all. I recommend their service :)

The kits that come with most protectors do not have enough adhesive or cleaner to adequately install the protector. The squeegee is usually cheap and small and is not adequate. Best Buy uses their own bulk cleaners and adhesives and a much better squeegee. They have installed many protectors and know how to do it right. $8 is a small price to pay for a good instalation.

I was very impressed with the salesman who installed my iPhone X Screen Shield. He was fast, yet I witnessed the skill he had for doing his job so well. Beautifully smooth... feels just like there is no screen shield even on the phone... but yet... THERE IS! Thank you Best Buy for training your workers so well!

The service was amazing and the proctores are really good overall I give 5 stars.
