I recommend you get this screen protection. You no longer have to send back to zagg shield . Best Buy now just scans it and you can grab another. I recommend it for people all the time. Great product and service

They tried but it wasn’t working out well as the screen did not want to stay on or stay in place correctly how the service person put it. They had issues with it so I had to bring it back for a refund as it would not stick well or stay on edge to edge correctly fitting. The service person also did not pay attention well as I watched him try because he kept talking too much to his co workers instead of paying attention to detail getting the protection screen on. Not happy with poor service. Need to pay attention to customer better and what your supposed to be doing correctly instead of chatting a lot with your friends.

This is the best screen protector EVER. It protects my screen just the way i need. With many kids around and working in a hospital it is very important to have great protection! The warranty is amazing as well!

So this is easy. They install the screen protector and if it messes up they replace it. Which I am going to need. I’m on my second one and they don’t last long. They start bubbling up after a few months and I am sure will eventually crack from the bubbles.

Excellent installation not bubble on screen and not residues

Have not had to use this screen protection yet. My daughter's green just broke the other day but with the coronavirus they are unable to replace it. Hopefully it's an easy thing to do with no complications or out-of-pocket expenses

I wish I could say this service is great but it is just ok. They probably do better than me but that's not saying much. I have walked away with a bubble or two but sometimes it takes so long and they make you feel like that's the best they can do...I would give 3.5 stars if I could. Good luck!

This is different from the previous otter box protector in that you itkeeps debris fro getting under it, and I highly reccomend it. the sales rep did a great job of installation.

This is the best feature. Anytime my screen protector is damaged, i stop at any bestbuy and they replace it. Sure beats having to send it to the company yourself and waiting for a new one.
