I love that Zagg screen protector replacement services can all be handled now at your local Best Buy! It's so nice that Best Buy mails you old screen protector back for you. The cost to have the new one applied is soooo worth it!

A few weeks after I bought my phone the screen protector broke. I don't know what happened, I set it down and when I came back it was broken, but Best Buy replaced it, no questions asked. Ten minutes later my phone was as good as new. It was awesome!

Recommend service protection. On cheaper products. Phones require a extra payment to fix product. I have $1200 phone with a cracked screen and they want $250 and phone before replacement. Leving me without phone.

if you are referring to the protection plan on the TV that Best Buy replaced because it was defective, I would say it was worth. My and I bought TV Feb of 2020 and something was defective so it was replaced with a new one.
