i sometimes throw my car keys in the same pocket as my phone. this product has saved my note 20 ultra screen from major scratchesand dings. it is expensive but totally worth it. You get what you pay for!

If you're going to spend $500-$1000 on a phone, it would be smart to have a 100%, forever screensaver put on it. Best Buy is the place to purchase this item.

Screen protector is hard make protector safe choice

I used to get my screen protection services done by the Zagg store, but once you start getting them there you can ONLY get them done there for continued warranty on your products. Best Buy has way more locations and are way easier for this instead.

I was able to get assistance from a best buy employee, who offered to apply the screen protector on my phone. I was not physically able to do it myself.

I don’t trust myself to do it so I always pay the store to do it so I can someone to blame if they mess it up, but it shouldn’t be so expensive. I already purchased it from your store so cut me a break on installing something I bought from you guys!

I go to the mobile department instead of Verizon and now Sprint for advice, hardware, and account maintenance. Returns, warranty, and service are always outstanding. I returned a case as I found it cheaper on Amazon. No problems, credit to my card.

Fast and friendly service by the Verizon representative. Did a great job in an installation. And helped me find a protective case. My experience was more than I expected and met my overall expectations with five stars out of five.

I had the Zagg glass screen protector installed on a Samsung Galaxy S8. First of all, I thought it was ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $8 for the service - they used to do it for free as a courtesy. Besides that, I have to press hard on the keys, particularly those near the edges, in order for the touch to register. I assumed that the problem was the product itself, but when I returned to Best Buy to see what could be done, the phone sales manager said it might be the way it was installed (by them). I haven't yet obtained a replacement protector to try again, but I'm hoping he's right. He did say they would install the new one for no additional charge, so I guess we'll see if that fixes my problem. My screen protector did come loose just a couple weeks later, and while I put it back in place I accidentally cracked the screen pretty badly, so I guess I would still recommend having Best Buy install it.
