Great replacement policy. If screen cracks, bring to best buy with receipt and they replace on the spot! Daughter drops phone constantly and we bring in her iPhone and Best Buy replaces and puts on for her.

Good screen protector , great price and for only a little more the store will put it on for you which is fantastic not to mention the associate that helped me was very nice she had good customer service which I appreciated since the store was busy at the time I went in .

Although I don’t mind installing my own screen protectors, it’s nice to have professionals take care of it to avoid mistakes. If you’re unsatisfied with the installation, they happily welcome you to come back so they can install a new one.

I baught the installation service and warranted service for my Apple Watch cover. Within a few days the cover developed a bubble. Best Buy ordered and installed a replacement without questions. Great follow up service.

this is a great cell phone screen protector i have it on all my cell phones and have not had any broken screens since i have been using it as between kids and my wife they have a habit of dropping the phones so i would not have a phone without the protector

Excellent customer service by a girl (forgot her name). She was so kind, pleasant and patient. She took the time to make sure my phone was perfect when I left. It is very rare nowadays to get that kind of service.

My Zagg glass screen protector was on sale and included a new screen protector for life for any reason! How could I say no?! I've had it for almost a month and havehad no issues.

Need to get another replacement but store is not open due to COVID-19 The screen saver has issues sticking to the sides. Now dirt, etc.. is underneath and will not stick at all. Not surehow i will get it replaced.
