The installer at Best Buy was patient and understanding about how important it was for this protective screen to be on my younger son's new iPhones 5S. He even placed the protective cover on for me, that was also purchased the same day. Very pleased.

The curved screen protector seems to crack more than the older screen protectors. This plan is great. I just have to take it to Best Buy and the screen protector gets replaced for free. Definitely worth the money!

I always appreciate when they help install my new screens over and over with the lifetime warranty

I tend to hang on to technology for as many years as I can squeeze out. This was a pleasant upgrade. The curved screen posed a bit of an issue with the screen protector and protective cover, but a very easy phone to use with good features.

. Not only are the Best Buy employees super friendly, they offer this great service. I don't know if you were like me, but I can never get the screen protectors on correctly. Best Buy does a great job at applying them

I decided to have Best Buy install my screen protector, as I'm not always great at doing these myself. Staff was helpful and accommodating and installed it flawlessly within minutes. I would have them do it again!

I really like this service because after you pay for it you don't have to purchase any more protectors if yours cracks. All you do is take it to Best Buy and they replace it and install it free.

So far so good, We haven't had to use it, but it does give a peace of mind that if we have to, we've got a chance of using it.

great product, however definitely pay the extra fee to have them install it. What a pain. It took the technician 2 tries to get it right. Understand the 2 tries requires a new screen protector each time.

Total Tech Support is the best thing going. When you sync that with lowest price guaranteed, how could you go elsewhere?

It lasted less than a year before screen broke it broke in May it could be better. The service was great though.

Honestly, I don’t recall this purchase and that’s probably good that I haven’t needed it.

I’d recommend this service to everyone. My family gets this for every phone. We’ve had to replace a few different protectors and the process was simple and easy.
