I got the screen cover to protect the new iPhone I purchased. I will need to go back to Best Buy to take advantage of the free replacement screen because this one is all scratched up.

Agent applied screen protector and said he had difficulty getting the air bubbles from popping up due to the bumper I had protecting the corners of my watch face that seemed to interfere with the screen protector

Well worth the fee. Too hard to do myself as I tried with my android several times. You have to get the air bubbles out, no specs of dust, etc. Best Buy did a great job. Would definitely recommend to others. It’s worth eight dollars.

Love this service! My screen protector cracked but it did keep my screen from breaking. I went to the store and they replaced the protector with the same one I previously purchased free of charge.

Policy was when i purchased this product that it was under warranty and geek squad would install. After defective products were installed incorrectly and new one ordered i was told policy changed and i woukd have to pay $8 to have one installed even tho previous ones were either defective or were installed incorrectly by geek squad. It took 4 tries to get it right and each time 90 mile round trip.Very very rude employee Alex would not listen to what i was trying to tell him and neither did his supervisor. He told mr he hoped i wouldnt return ir use my best buy credit card. By the way he was the one that did the last incorrect istall

The young lady did a good job putting on the screen protector. No bubbles. However, she could have been a little more customer friendly. You can't assume that everyone is up on the new phones.
