Not sure why this is a separate entry, since the mobile-phone screen protector comes with this special extended coverage? Luckily there hasn't been any reason to make a claim. It's held up great for 2 years.

Great product and being a member having it replaced whenever it’s damaged is a big plus for me.

The employee showed care and confidence and put on my daughters screen protector for us. I think this is a nice feature to have- I personally dislike putting screen protectors on phones, and the fact that you stand behind your work is even better!

Although the product was horrible in my opinion because my screen cracked after 2 days I am very satisfied with the cost to replace it because it was so low and my screen cracked so quickly

The glass screen protector was placed on my iPhone SE 2020 at the store. There was a sticky pad to clean dust before installing, a tool to smooth the glass, and a tiny microfiber to clean the screen. The clerk too time to carefully put it on for me.

You know you'll need it, and cracked phone screens aren't cheap to replace. BB replaces these in the store right at the pohone kiosk, no waitiing. A great value.
