Well, I was not notified that they charged to replace the screen for me. Not worth $8. If this review is referencing the fact they will replace the screen protector whenever it’s damaged the. It’s great.

I always have best buy install the screen since if there is a time I need it to have it replace they will put it on for you as well

Got Best Buy to install the screen protector that I bought there ... this service also includes all future installs too. If my screen protector cracks - all I need to do is go to Best Buy and they will install a new one

I went into Best Buy to buy an iPhone and switch over to AT&T. The employee was more worried about having to stay over to finish the job then actually taking time to make sure she was doing it correctly put in the wrong telephone number caused a bunch of other issues. Long story short, I had to return the phone because of the wrong number so they ran my credit twice. Had to waste about seven hours in a matter of four days to get everything fixed. Had to contact my old phone carrier to get back with them because they messed up on transferring the number over and I had to drive back-and-forth between Best Buy and AT&T to get everything fixed and accomplished nothing but two hits on my credit. If the lady had done it correctly the first time what is been able to walk out with a new phone and a new phone carrier and I had to drive back-and-forth between Best Buy and AT&T to get everything fixed and accomplished nothing but two hits on my credit. Best Buy associate tried very hard to make the new Zagg S9 shield work on my phone. Unfortunately there's a mfg defect in the new Zagg S9 shield and they don't fit properly. So they ended up putting a S8 shield on and it's fine.
