Purchased this for my granddaughter. She is happy with it but said it is difficult to put on the phone. She took it to back to Best Buy and had them install it. She said it is worth the extra cost.

I have had problems in the past getting my phone screen protectors to adhere properly and without bubbles so now I pay to have them installed. It is worth the small fee and if there are any issues they will fix them.

The Best Buy technician did a great job of installing the screen protector. The screen protector was smooth and had no bubbles in it. He installed it quickly and was very kind and courteous also.

I suggest paying for the screen shield installation. That way there is no way to pay for something and make an error and have to buy another one. They actually did make an error and had to put on a second one. It was a smart purchase!

I tried to install a screen protector myself, and it bubbled up SO BAD! Let the pros do it. They will get it right the first time. If they don't, they'll give you another and install it free of charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have not taken advantage of this program, but after our 12 y/o grandson dropped his phone and shattered his screen, (even though it had a screen protector and case), we decided that the cost of the protection on a new phone for teenagers and young adults was worth the cost.

The sales rep was very helpful in helping me find the right screen protector for my iPhone. It didn’t take but a few minutes for the sales rep to install.

I usually apply my Zagg screen protectors myself but stopped into the mall to buy a case and protector so figured I’d ask them since I bought for two phones. It was great service and fantastic work from them on purchased products.

This is a nice service that Best Buy offers and it's even nicer that it is included as a free Totaltech service. I have been a Totaltech member for 4 years.

A must have in protection. I have accidentally dropped my phone two times and took it to Best Buy and both times which they replaced the screen each time at no cost to me. A great protection.
