I am so glad that Best Buy has experts to help customers like me that don’t know how exactly thing go and the experts do there best to fix and put on your phone proctor and the case on your phone to make it look like your protected

Was able to walk in without having to make an appointment and was directed to Ryan who was great. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient in helping me purchase a new cell phone.

The person that was helping me was doing awesome job. He didn't like the first one and he went and got another one. I would definitely recommend this.

These guys in the mobile phone department are experts at installing screen protectors. I always pay them the very reasonable price of $7.95 to install mine because I have never been able to install one without having bubbles in it.

For $7!!! You cannot go wrong for a lifetime warranty for a screen replacement as long as you have the same devices. This my same 3rd device in this year alone hehe

The new keyboard from Logitech for my Mac is excellent. It has more features than the Apple that I had for many years and it was easy to get comfortable with it. Good investment.

Glad I had Best Buy install my glass screen saver. It was tricky to install on iPhone 10. The tech even had to use a second screen as it was slightly off. That mistake would have cost me another screen saver, should I have tried!

Combined with the lifetime warranty screen protector. Its as simple as showing up at the store and geek squad handles the rest

They put it on for me and it has a lifetime warranty! It doesn’t get any better than that!

Screen protector applied quickly and not sure if this was the ultimate reason I had problems but watched while staff placed screen protector. It was definitely easy abd could have done it myself...it was that easy

You know that when you buy the Screen Protection Service that it will be installed right, and I’d anything ever happen tha Best Buy will replace it free..

Did this option since they do it all the time & have practice with it. As it turns out need to go back in one week to have my wife’s fixed & they did it no problem & even better than the first time.

So we decided to have my girlfriend’s Apple Watch screen protector installed by Best Buy because we wanted there to be no air bubbles and were not confident in our ability to install correctly. After purchasing the protector we took it the the phone area where the “expert” was going to put it on for us. Overall he was rather rude and spent only 2-3 minutes setting the screen protector. Leaving a huge area in the middle that needed to be rubbed over and over again to make contact with the watch itself. I could have done that. I expected special tools or something, he did it with his fingers and it wasn’t square on the screen at first. I think that it may be worth it to try to install on your own if ample time and effort are not going to be used on this type of service.

It does it's job. Great for the touch screen. The best part about it was Best Buy customer service, they put it in for me and he did a grwat job.

Awesome service from the associate. No problems getting the screen protector on.
