Only problem was when we bought our sales person said just being it back and we will replace and didn’t charge us the glass exchange fee. We had to pay that just to get it replaced even though we were told just to being it back in and change it

It’s nice to get geek squad to apply the screen protector, but it’s a little crazy to be charged for it when you buy the expensive protector in their store.

I always buy the Best Buy screen service for my zagg products, excellent service friendly staff and if any problems come back and they will fix it (time limit) then covered by warranty from zagg. Excellent AAA+++++

They did a great job on the screen saver install, but install should be free with purchase.

Honestly, why risk messing up the install of your pricey screen protector when you can pay a minuscule price for a guaranteed good install. If they mess it up, they fix it, you aren't out a screen protector. Can you say "no-brainer"?

Great product and the Best Buy associates put the glass protector on my phone for me.

I purchased to protect the screen on my phone but I'm not sure if it was the store installer or the product because I'm still having an issue of bubbling on the screen shield even after 2 weeks. I love the protector because I don't have to worry about cracks or imperfections on the phone.
