Best buy always does a great job putting on the screen protectors to my satisfaction! If they don't they will work with you to make things right!!

Purchased this service to have a glass protector installed onto my mother's new Samsung Galaxy 9. Wanted to make sure that the protector was placed onto her phone properly, so opted to purchase this service.

I bought this screen protection & so far have only needed to have it replaced once in about 1 year now, but BB will replace it for free as many times as i want so it was worth the extra $20.

Best Buy employees did a great job installing the screen protector

The original screen protector began to peel at the top of the screen. Since it had a lifetime warranty, I simply requested a replacement online and when it arrived I returned the defective one. No questions asked.

It’s great having this protection as the screen protectors on your phone wear out and this way you just bring it into the store and they will replace it with no additional cost

I always buy my screen protectors at Beat Buy and I’ve never had a issue with them. The lady who put my screen on was very polite and professional and I was very satisfied!

I bought a Zagg screen protector and had the Best Buy folks install it for me. They did a great job and did the install quickly. I am pleased with how it looks and the fast service.

I got a screen, when I bought the phone, and there was a spec underneath it, so a phone salesman fixed the issue, but a bubble showed up. I exchanged it, a week later (he said I had 7 days to exchange it, if bubbles appear, or it isn’t sticking to my screen, properly), at no charge. There was a bubble in it, after a phone salesman at customer service replaced the protector. He said that the bubble should go away in 24 hours, but it did not, it is getting bigger, and another big bubble has been developing on the protector. Furthermore, a small piece of dust or hair got under it, towards the middle of the screen. I didn’t go back after another 7 days to get another one.

Highly recommend! Having someone to install your shield the first go around is super helpful. No bubbles to worry about and they can do it much quicker.

The protector is strong and has been dropped many times in the months that I have owned it and it has held up so far. The privacy part of the screen protector does well. You cannot see the screen but from right in front of it.
