Well worth the small fee. I broke my screen protector in about a week, brought it in, and had no problems getting it replaced for free.

The guy that installed my screen was awesome. He was quick and could still hold a conservation while he did it. Great job also.

Pretty good job putting on my screen protector. Unfortunately there was a small dust particle under the screen, which was slightly distracting when typing on the phone. This service is dependent upon the person doing it, though.

I am picky about making sure there are no bubbles so having someone do it who can get is perfect is a must for me.

This protection plan has payed for itself probably four times already!

Best buy Cell Phone Screen Shield Installation is awesome because they make sure it is installed properly. If they mess up, they do it again versus me doing it wrong i would have to purchase a new screen shield.

Took what felt like a half an hour to put my screen protector on. Even after that, the corners of my screen protector won't stick and keeps bubbling due to it. The only reason I went through with the screen protection service was to get my free replacements for my Zagg screen cover, otherwise, I'd never pay for this service. What's more unreasonable is the cost of the service. $8 to put a screen cover on? Please... the item literally has a self-install kit that keeps things as centered as the company designed it and it's still bubbling.

Purchased the screen service and I e already used it. Very simple. If your screen cracks, simply take it to Best Buy and they will replace it and I stalk your new one!! Keep your receipt!

Great service by the service person they were great and let my wife that it will be easy to do herself. next time we will put it on our self and save some money . we can buy a movie for the price we paid to have it put on.

Only downfall they didn't have the liquid protection nor did they know how to install that type but they always have great customer service and get the it in perfectly

Very good warranty, but you pay up front for the inflated price of the protection.

We had purchased these and applied ourselves before- (different brand) and never got them on fully correct. It was worth the money to have them both applied and they look great - clear , no smudges!!!
