Very for the BB people to put on a screen protector, kits are pretty self explanatory, but still can be a hassle. Free with Totaltech Protection.

I am glad being a TT member they help with putting on screen protectors. It took two employees to put this screen protector on my Fitbit. It's not on perfect but at least its protected.

The item was recommended by staff at the store and I'm glad that she was right. Very nice and it's durable.

First geek botched it. Ended up with 4 particles under my protector that annoyed me. After two weeks I took phone back in. They replaced the screen protector no charge, and the second geek did a perfect job. Buy only Zagg!

I figured why not go with a screen protector with a new phone. It seems a little pricey for them to install but they informed me that they will replace it free of charge if anything happens to it, so I went with it.

Love this option. Unfortunately I have had to replace my screen protector a few times over the year and they take care of it each time quickly!

The store associate applied my new screen protector. In the process, it had a bubble and while he was trying to remove it the protector cracked. He put a new one on right away perfectly and didn't charge me N extra cent.

Best Buy installed on a new iPhone XS Max at point of purchase. Within a week a small crack happenened on the edge of the screen protector as well as a few bubbles. It was replaced with no hassle at all.

Staff is great! and have worked real hard on this. Only issue is new cover that has been difficult to put on. I will be back soon for a fourth time. Staff is great, but Best Buy should provide practice for new products.

Was offered this service when purchaing a Note 9. Needless to say, it was simple. I didn’t have to worry about getting any dust particles under the screen or accidentally cracking it. Highly recommend!
