Ohhhh my goodness when I tell you the geek squad is awesome!!! They were fast with my fixing my screen it only took like two hours tops!

I tried installing my Armor edge protector on my new Iphone 12 pro max and ended up getting a spec of dirt under it so decided to take it to the geek squad to have them do it. They installed it in short amount of time but one corner wasn't quite sealed down. She said it would take 24 hours to completely get all the air bubbles out. Well two days later it still wasn't sealed so I bought another protector and tried it again. I did it successfully and was happy with my results. My guess is she had problems and lifted one corner up and it never re-sealed. $8 wasted I guess.

They promptly replaced my broken screen. Had previously purchased screen guaranteed for lifetime of phone.

Professional, clean, and fast. Best Buy Mobile thoroughly cleaned my Note 4's screen before applying the Zagg Glass cover. The result, waaaay better then what it would have looked like if I did it.

I do not care for the fact that I have to pay for the tech to put on my screen protector, considering the large amount of money I paid them for the phone, case, and shield but regardless she did a good job.

Good thing to have when you break your screen a lot. Even tho I think it kind of takes a lot of time and it’s kind of stressful to deal with.

Now, who wouldn't buy protection for a screen you paid tons of money for especially for a young teen that plays games ALL the time on it. I rather be safe than sorry and got PROTECTED :)
