The screen protector works ok, but the edge chipped within he first month. I would never have the ‘specialist’ at Best Buy put the screen saver on again! It is crooked and off center!!

My cashier was great. The woman who helped me and put the screen protector on was dynamic, sweet, and super efficient!

expensive item, I dropped my phone and it cracked within a week. I went back to store and they replaced it immediately. no problems since.

Great service and well informed. Tv has great picture quality. I love how the sound bar integrates so well and easy with the tv and how it sounds.

Definitely recommend! I cracked my screen protector like after a week and was able to get a new one installed, no hassle, no fuss.

The gentleman in the Valdosta, GA store did an excellent job of installing the screen protector. He was very meticulous in making sure there were no bubbles and all of the edges were sealed properly.

Everyone in that department were of great help to us. Very polite. We got to your store the day of the wind storm and the power was going on and off and all of your staff tried so hard to make us relax.

Hopefully I’ll never need to use this screen service protection but it’s peace of mind just to have it. With the price of technical devices these days, it’s inexpensive protection.

I like the fact that Best Buy geek squad applies this on my phone because they do not awesome job… Never any air bubbles on it… Also this type of protective cover Is great for protecting my phone.

I was not sure what to get or where to go to get a screen for my phone that is not one of the more common ones on the market. Best Buy helped me get on installed and it is working great.

Well worth the money for this. The first time they put on the Zagg screen protector, it started to come off. Went back the next day and they replaced it for free. Has worked ever since.

I'm a loyal customer of this service, in my opinion best buy has the best extended warranty plans out there.

Best Buy employee did a fantastic job of installing a Zagg screen protector on my iPad. I haven’t had any issues since the install.

I haven’t had to use this, but this service was easy to sign up for and I liked the fact that my information is in Best Buy system so I was told I don’t need to worry about receipts!!
