I was glad to pay a small fee to have an employee put this on for me. They have a contract with Zagg so when he messed up he put on a new protector for free. I only had to pay for the original.

Love the fact that we are covered for “life” in case this protecter breaks; as long the manufacture still offers this product. Good luck to me:)

Screen Protection service is a must have for every new phone. Its cheap and its better then paying out of your own pocket for a new phone or screen!

Bought my wife an Iphone and I told her to get the screen protection. Knowing her, if I didn't get this, the screen would have been crack in less than a week.

The Best Buy employee who installed the Zagg glass on my phone did an outstanding job. It took all of five minutes, good deal.

Bestbuy helped me replace my phone screen and it was easy and fast. Plus they did a great job replacing it. Will be using their services more.

Good to have decent pricing for 2year warranty. Also offers options to pay on installments but opted a one time payment. Better to be safe then sorry!

The service protection is great at Best Buy. You don’t have to deal with sending anything off to the manufacturer. Best Buy does everything through their store.

Best way to go if you don't like installing protectors yourself. If they mess up they just get another off the shelf.

Very helpful Best Buy employees have placed several Zagg shields on my phones over the years. Something very simple could mess up very quickly. Very thankful that they have this service :)

Easy to use - great because the glass screen protectors don't last long before a crack occurs or the screen lifts

Normally Zagg screen protectors are awesome and last very long time. While this one works great as far as clearness and touch sensitivity, it does not stay on very long. Only been on my phone for about 3 weeks and it's already starting to peel up on bottom edges. Not sure if it's because of poor adhesive or not enough toward edges when installed by tech.
