    I purchased the plan for Best Buy rep to put the screen protector on the IPhone 11. If something happens to the screen protector, they will replace for free,

    As expected, I dropped my iphone and broke the screen protector. Best Buy replaced it at no cost. Such an awesome service.

    I always have Best Buy put my screen protectors on my phone, iPad, Fitbit, etc. as I live with cats and simply don’t want to take a chance that a floating cat hair gets under the glass.

    This service was to do a job that I could do myself but prefer not to. I always as a rule have it done for me if they mess up they use another one from their stock. For this reason it's not free but paying has it's advantage.

    I have had to have my protector replaced and the sales person did it quickly. Just make sure to have proof of purchase on hand to speed up the replacement.

    Ive always been impressed with the service dept. at Best Buy. I think I bought a cheaper screen protector as it has fallen off after 4 months use. My other one lasted 2 years without problems.
